Jessica is a fantastic yoga instructor who adapts each session based on how the attendees feel body and attitude wise the day of class. The sequence of poses may come off as minimal but the overall results are significant and you will walk away feeling incredibly relaxed and thankful you made the time and effort to attend one of her classes. The online sessions are just as amazing, she created a 5 week session for my boyfriend and me that we did via zoom. It focused on posture, core and back. We did two back to back 5-week programs and by the end of it we were doing crow poses and my boyfriend grew half an inch because his posture had improved.

I absolutely love this studio! I have practiced yoga for about 5 years but never received such attention as I did in Jessica's class. She was very attentative, took time to learn about my injuries, and offered adjustments to my practice that changed how I experience yoga. I feel much more involved in my practice, and have more choices in how I access my poses. I've never been to a restorative class like Ewa's. She's truely devoted to creating an enviroment that allows a total release into a relaxation & bliss - that name fits that class perfectly! Perfect classes. Perfect teachers.
