My iComfort thermostat bit the dust like they always do. Don't ever let your HVAC vendor install one of those things. I decided to move to a different smart thermostat and needed the proprietary wiring sorted out. Moncrief was able to get this done and the technician Edie was able to help and was very professional and helpful. Just a perfect example of customer service. Another note: Moncrief didn't install the prior thermostat.
Trevor and many others, some now retired, Moncrief has been our HVAC company for years. They are polite, and they know what they're doing. I recommend them very highly.

Showed up on time, walked me through different options and pros/cons/pricing. We’re competitive on pricing with another well-rated group who quoted the job. Installed a new upstairs unit in less than a day. Unit stopped working shortly after they left and I called that evening and within a hour someone came out and spent an hour cleaning out and re-routing the old drainage line and things have worked great since that time. Appreciated the quick attention and thorough job on short and late notice. Will definitely call if/when my other unit needs to be replaced in the future.
