I actually met Will a couple of years ago when I called Mighty Dog after a heavy rainstorm. Will came out, probably spent an hour inspecting the roof and gave me his honest opinion, the roof had some minor damage probably not storm related and it was in okay shape. He didn't try to hard sell or make it seem worse than it was just to sell a roof job. I was impressed by Will's professionalism and open communications. Fast forward 2-3 years, I am ready for a roof and I contacted Mighty Dog to get an estimate. Derek came out and it was the same experience, he listened to what we wanted, inspected the roof, took measurements, and said he would get an estimate back in a couple of days. Quote came in and they were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, just really competitive with the other quotes I had received. Given the customer experience we had with both Will and Derek we decided on Mighty Dog. We had new sheathing, all new shingles, added a ridge vent, replaced 2 skylights, and all new gutters and downspouts. We could not be happier with the final product. Both the gutter and roofing crews were so efficient, fast and clean it was really impressive. All of the landscaping was covered with tarps and they swept the yard twice with magnets to remove any errant nails. Will even came out after the job was done and swept for nails again. I hopefully will not need another roof in my lifetime, but, if I do, Mighty Dog will be my first call.
I requested a booking online to have my roof looked at and even though the next appointment was a couple days out Will was at my house later that day to check things out. He was friendly and told me exactly what needed to be done with no pressure for anything extra.
On the scheduled work day Will and his crew showed up on time and the work was done very well and quickly. 100% satisfied and would absolutely call on them again in the future. Highly recommended!
