Mr. Lorenzo was very professional. He asked if he needed to put on shoe covers because I have a sign outside that says Please take off shoes but I told him no he was fine he took his time and gave me the final diagnosis of my appliances. I don't in any way feel taken advantage of, not like the last person who came and took my money and never came back.
MBN Service Company was awesome. They were quick to respond, knowledgable, and reasonably priced. I found out what the issue was and it was resolved same day. I would highly recommend. Thanks so much for helping my family beat the heat.
