“I had a loc retighten with four strand twists. I have 150-200 locs- mid back. I regret not taking photos because my hair looked absolutely lovely. The ladies were warm and friendly, they offered snacks and water multiple times, and they made me feel beautiful. What more can you ask?!? Be forewarned that their prices are not cheap but the skill, care, and ambiance was worth it.“

Both reps were very courteous, and assured me that they would notify Sue, and not to worry. I finally arrived, was greeted warmly, and Sue worked her magic, as usual.“

“I went in with my sister to find matching concealer and to have her eyebrows shaped. Lisa was amazing! She was very friendly, patient, accommodating, and talented! She spent a considerable amount of time with us, making sure we would walk away happy and much more knowledgeable. She literally allowed my sister to sit there and practice shaping her own eyebrows so she would not go home feeling helpless. After Lisa's magical touch, I must say my sister's eyebrows have never looked better, and Lisa also found her the perfect concealer! Thank you so much, Lisa!!“

During the course of the cut I learned that Ethan comes from a hospitality background and that genuine care shines through in his new profession.
