She spent a considerable amount of time with us, making sure we would walk away happy and much more knowledgeable. She literally allowed my sister to sit there and practice shaping her own eyebrows so she would not go home feeling helpless. I have been a patron at other Woo locations, but this one was by far the best. The staff was attentive, but not suffocating or overwhelming. Ashley helped me find the best curated birthday gift for my friend, after a brief discussion of her likes and needs. This experience has stuck in my mind.
