very disrespectful !!! rude and be talking mess in their language.! they got mad because one lady messed up my hair and I didmt like it. When i first came in , I asked can they do a hair just like the pic, they said yeah. The lady got to the end of my hair in the front after she finish braiding them down. And i was like, this is not what I asked for. I came in 7 in the morning and left at 10 that night. i was in the hair for 14 hours. not one was they considered. dont go to them! they messed up my hair on my birthday, cursed me out, and had attitudes. Didnt trey to accommodate me not once. i still had to pay $400. The onwer came in at 9 yelling, talking about we dont do this hairstyle. And started talking smack. The only lady that was nice was Fatimah. She got into with the lady that messed up my hair. She told her she made a mistake and now she have to fix it. She tried to cut my braids out instead of taking it out and redoing the ends. Fatimah came and did it for me. She keep asking for help on my hair when she didnt even start on my hair. The man tony was mad because I called him a liar. He told them that i never showed him a pictur. when I showed them multiple times.

I have been to location times before and did not have an issue. I always bring exact cash and tip who ever braids my hair. This time I spoke to the owner sofiyat who gave me a price of $250. We texted and also spoke on the phone. I came in on Saturday for my service bright an early at 700am. Upon arrival Toni the only guy who works in there greeted me nicely with a good morning How are you doing? Then asked what are you getting I said small waist length regular braids. He asked what price she told you I said $250. He said ok you want waist length what size I said small.

I have been to location times before and did not have an issue. I always bring exact cash and tip who ever braids my hair. This time I spoke to the owner sofiyat who gave me a price of $250. Sofiyat said you are missing $100. I said that how much I was told. They then all started yelling at me and saying how can you expect this to be $250 and brought over the price list. Then I said tell Toni to come over and he said I thought you said $350. At which point sofiyat proceeds to cut my hair. It was so embarrassing and disgusting. I know her and have been here before. It's sad because the old lady doing my hair had no idea what was going on because she didn't speak English. I drive so far to her my hair braided because they'd I'd do a good job in the past but now I will NEVER return. On another note I think that because of the location I feel that they treat the women in this area a certain way and have been allowed to behave this way. I will NEVER wish bad on any of them.
