Do not come here lost my designer item then advised me to come back in a week bring the receipt to show proof of purchase and amounts so I can compensated for the amount of my item which was over $500. Bring the receipt to then offer me $150 check and $200 store credit but told me I would be fully compensated at first now offering me this is crazy. Then advised me I made the purchase over a year ago which doesn’t matter I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on a item that cannot be replaced now. I brought this item from Prada in California on vacation which is timeless. This place is usually nice (because they want your money) but the prices are REALLY HIGH!!! Seriously overpriced. I was charged $63 dollars for 1 pair of pants to hem, take out waist and take in leg. I called one day as a customer and asked how much you charge to hem? The reply was $14. The next question was how much you charge to let out waist? The reply was $20. So, you mean to take in the leg is $29???? People read and spread this post and post how much YOU were charged for services at this cleaner so we will ALL know what is going on. After 15 years of doing business, I will take my business elsewhere.Service: Alterations

This dry cleaners charged me extra to dry clean 3x shirt because of the size. It’s considered oversized. 30 yrs using dry cleaners and never seen such an atrocious thing in my life. I hope they go under soon. This is robbery.
