I was very excited to visit this stylist today. So much so that even tho I had not yet received a service from her, I recommended her to 2 of my girlfriends as she was very polite and professional during our first interaction. I had a 10am appointment, I arrived early as I was only vaguely familiar with the vicinity in which the salon is located. I had to contact her at 9:51am as I was at the location but there was another salon and the suite number was not in the confirmation text I received. She answered at 9:51 to confirm the suite number and stated she would be contacting me shortly to enter the salon, this was fine as I knew I was early. At 10:15 I had not received a follow up call or message to let me know she was running late, I left. Finally at 10:20 she texted I was able to come to the salon. I did not return. I don't think it is too much to ask that one professional respects another professionals time. I was fine with the lateness but to not say anything is just not ok.

Went to Lylas for a wedding look. She was very prompt to respond when I reached out about availability and specifics for the look. Also responsive when I was buying supplies. We started pretty much on time and the salon suite was clean. Enjoyed talking with her and loved the look! Definitely recommend.

Shan is very professional and her service was exceptional. Her salon is warm and inviting. She did an amazing job on my hair. She gained a new customer. I will definitely be returning!
