I have visited several times and have always had a great foot massage. Located in a busy shopping plaza, so during busy times, parking can be tricky - give yourself a few extra minutes if you made an appointment. The place itself is pretty large and has a number of massage room and chairs. I haven't used the rooms yet, but the foot massage chairs are always clean and comfortable. If you like a strong massage, I recommend Tony - he listens and has been very conscious of my comfort. As you would expect, the place is pretty quiet and with a cloth or face mask on you just might take a nap. If possible, try to go during a weekday. Weekends can be busy.
I love the service from David and Sam they are amazing. My disappointment is the card system. By now you should be able to keep tabs in the system by now with using the customer number, the same way you can track the last person that delivered the massage. I come here several times a month and should not have to keep up with a paper card. I was denied stamps due to me not having the previous cards. I hope you are able to create a better experience for the stamp card system. Thank you in advance.
I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance was serene and relaxing, with soothing music and calming scents that set the perfect mood. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
