Laura is incredibly competent with her work. I have a 1985 house with a ton of issues with the locks. She worked diligently to change the locks and the hardware. Not to mention, she impressed the cats and didn't make me cry when I pulled out the checkbook. I would call her again in a heartbeat.

Laura was beyond helpful! She was able to get to my house quickly and help me with my locks. She was so kind and thoughtful and she made great recommendations to help put me at ease. I highly recommend Laura to everyone and will be reaching out to her again when I need help with my locks!
