We asked Laura to design a 50th Anniversary ring that would incorporate three small diamonds from an earlier ring. We had a budget but no clue going in what we wanted. The setting is in a private office without any distractions and Laura is a great listener. She did not have a pre- packaged solution that met her needs but not ours. As a result, we spent a delightful 45 minutes or so where we talked and she offered ideas. We ended up with a unique ring that recycled the original diamonds into a new setting. Along the way, our wedding rings were repaired and re-sized as needed. This experience exceeded our every expectation for service, value and just plain fun.
