I'm so impressed! They did a remarkable repair on my antique lamp. A different lighting business (based in Marietta) would not stand by his work and said "It's not my fault" when I called him to tell him the base fell apart after only a year. He did not return my calls, nor would he let me know when he would be in the shop so I could come by and let him see it. So I took it to the Lamp Repair Center and they noted that it had actually been that man's fault due to the way it was wired. Lamp Repair fixed it within a week, which is fantastic because the base was brass and the piece holding it together broke in two. They repaired the broken attachment to the chain of a Quoizel, Tiffany Style pendant light, re-wired the light, and did a beautiful cleaning of the stain glass. The job took under a week for a price that was substantially less than I expected. The only aspect of this business less than perfect is their phone reception. I called them once, and they called me once. Neither time could we establish a good connection. In person, the service was friendly and highly efficient, so if you can not get your questions answered over the phone, just go in person, and everything is likely to work out perfectly.
