i had to wait almost 3 hours and when i got called i had to wait another hour and then after that awaiting another hour for the dentist, it was driving me crazy so i ended up leaving

When I was little Kool Smiles had a dentist located at plaza fiesta. My mom har an appointment for this one day and I was excited to go but I had a traumatizing experience. I am now 14 years old, but I still remember you hen the dentist strapped me down for no reason to the chair. I screamed for my mom and they lied to her that I have been resisting the cleaning. I am traumatized whenever I enter a dentist.

If you're looking for a pediatric dentist or family dentist then look no further. The environment is comfortable and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They have taken the necessary precautions to keep COVID-19 transmission to a minimum by incorporating a mask mandate and by accommodating families with a strategic seating arrangement in their waiting area giving ample space in between families for a peace of mind during the pandemic.
