Highly recommend working with Kohler Signature Store by PDI for your projects. Mandy Green was wonderful and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable had some great suggestions on various options for my bathroom renovation projects. We like the quality and design of the Kohler products. My projects included shower fixtures, sink faucets, sinks, toilets, free standing tub and wall mounted accessories for a primary and guest bathroom renovation. Some products were shipped directly, some were delivered by the Lawrenceville warehouse via truck. I worked with Mandy Green, who is really excellent. She helped us select all matching products from Kohler that worked with existing fixtures from photos we brought. She also helped us with matching marble for the bathroom and came up with a great design using black mosaic for the shower while marble large format on the floor and walls up to a bullnose separation. Mandy is super responsive on e-mail, phone and text.

The Kohler showroom is nice and gives you many different examples that you can interact with and feel the quality. I was further impressed when my contractor specially said that the shower hardware felt really high quality as he was installing it.

Showroom is beautiful, staff is very helpful/knowledgeable, customer service is great. However I was told one of my items (we ordered 9 items for a bath reno) , the 12" waterfall rainshower head, was out of stock & would be ordered from a 3rd party vendor. I'm hoping management will make this right as so far two deliveries for this item have been made. The 2nd replacing the first. Both of which came from local 3rd party vendor. Kohler sticker was not fastened, or re-fastened previously, rainshower head was wet out of the box, and oil/fingerprints were noticeable on the face. Again, hoping management will make this right by ordering a new item direct from Kohler....read full review
