In 2004, I wanted to create a medical spa that helped men and women look as fabulous on the outside as they felt on the inside. I wanted to combine the aloha “ohana” spirit with southern hospitality. Most people want to avoid the plastic surgery, so if you do things along the way to take care of your skin, you can age gracefully. Start a skin care regimen early and be consistent. We try the products and services and test them first to make sure they work. If we don't see results, we will not offer it at Kai.
