I decided to take off work and truly have some me time. I booked the Me Time package for an AM appointment and from the time I arrived to the time I left the premises the service was exceptional. Starting off with the manager, ShaRon, and calling the day before, the customer service was above reproach. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. Next, my massage with MiMi was top tier. It had been a while and she worked every kink with intention and care. Hands down best massage I’ve had in the past few years. I visited the spa with friends in February and had a wonderful experience. The host was so warm and welcoming. The massage therapists were all amazing. We all agreed -some of the best massages we’ve ever had! We enjoyed mimosas in the relaxation room after our treatments, followed by lunch at Americano downstairs. Highly recommend this spa and hope to visit again when I’m in town.

Wow! It’s rare I write a review. I love biologique Recherche products and facials. My boyfriend treated me to a wonderful facial for my birthday! My skin looked like glass leaving my 90 min facial! The esthetician was thorough, gentle, and informative. I was so relaxed and felt well taken care of.Need to give ShaRon some praise for her above and beyond customer service. Leading up to the appointment I felt she was just as excited as I was for my treatment. Every spa needs a ShaRon and spa intercontinenal buckhead is very lucky to have her running the show! I’ll be back!
