We had a refrigerator go out & this is the repair company that is supposed to come out to fix it. Not only did we wait on hold for 30-50 minutes every time we called, they hung up on us FOUR TIMES! When we inquired about an estimated repair time, they said the scheduling company would contact us. 3 days later & no one has reached out. This is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service. Management needs to get on top of these employees & do something to make this right.

Our washer is stopping mid-cycle. JDS came out and said the unit was working properly, yet the issue continues to happen. They dis not fix it. They also are not returning my calls to have them come back out.

This company is absolutely horrible!!! It has been 3 weeks since they supposedly ordered a part for me that should’ve taken 3 to 5 days according to them, and they will not return my phone calls, I’ve only talked to them 2 times in the 4 weeks that I’ve been trying to get my dishwasher repaired
