I can’t recommend them enough! My AC stopped working over night and I called them the next day. Tracy in the office was incredibly helpful and was able to get a technician scheduled that same day. There were some delays with prior clients that day, but Tracy updated me every few hours to let me know the status of the technician. She even called me after the office had closed and let me know that Anderson was on his way. Anderson was great and immediately diagnosed the problem which was a simple breaker fix. He didn’t have the right sized breaker on his truck but was able to find a similar one to get me through the night until he could replace it with the correct size.... read full review
Working with Anderson was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and fair. He communicated well, and the whole experience was as smooth as I could hope for. Highly recommend.
Indoor Experts were prompt and responsive. I had a particularly challenging furnace issue. They came out multiple times without a problem and diagnosed the issue until it was resolved. Special thanks to Johnathan and Roosevelt for their diligence in addressing our issue.
