We’ve been thinking about landscape design for quite some time but kept putting it off. A few months ago, we started the search again for someone who can help and we stumbled across Max at Humble Harvest. We wanted to pursue the work aggressively and Max did not disappoint. He came out on a Saturday morning which was a shocker as most companies are Monday-Friday. He was very personable, relaxed, and his vision aligned with ours. After our consultation, he kept us in the loop with where he was on his design. Not too long after, he sent us his design and, while we are clueless regarding the plants, we approved due to his confidence regarding what would go well with our home. A week or so later, on a cold and rainy morning, we look out the window and are surprised that they are working. I would have to say it was around 40 degrees outside and raining. Not the greatest weather to be outside but they were knocking it out. It only took them two days to complete the project and we could not be happier with the outcome. All the items planted are dormant, and we are excited to see their development once the warmer months come around. One of the great things about Max is that he was out there in the trenches with his associates. He could have sat somewhere warm and delegated, but he was very hands on. What we also loved is that he put a few things extra into the project. A little touch of his own that really made things stand out. My point here is to definitely give Humble Harvest a call when you need work done. Max and company were professional from start to finish. A+ work all around. Thanks!!

Max and his team are excellent - could not recommend them more strongly. From our initial meeting, the depth of Max's knowledge of the local environment and what will thrive, his connections and sourcing practices, and his judgement and honestly were apparent. He was a true partner in designing a sustainable and easy to maintain lawn where we've struggled for years. In addition, he diagnosed and solved the root cause of some of our troubles - including addressing drainage needs and soil improvement. I trust Max implicitly and cannot recommend him more highly. His team was on time, efficient, and left my yard even better than I had dreamed of. Lastly, he helped connect me to the right team and resources to maintain and sustain his work. Get on Max's calendar as soon as you can!
