I have been going to Haven Yoga studio for a little over 2 years. When I moved here from Miami I was in search of a yoga home and knew the minute I walked in I had found it! All the instructors are very knowledgeable and they offer a variety of classes so there is something for everyone.

Lovely inviting space, knowledgeable and warm teachers, easy parking. I highly recommend Christine's class. It has really helped me get ahold of intense struggles and various stresses I've been dealing with. Wish I could go every day!

I have been coming to Haven Yoga for 2 years now and I can't say enough good things about this studio! We moved here from Miami and I was searching and searching for a new yoga home. The minute I stepped into Haven I knew I had found it. Everyone is so welcoming! The instructors are great and always listen to any concerns you might have and offer alternative poses if needed. The studio offers a variety of classes for every level so you will be sure to find one that fits what you are looking for.
