The fact that Home Depot still carries and endorses Jeld-Wen windows when there are thousands of complaints on Yelp, Better Business Bureau, Reddit, and Houz is unconscionable. The screens don't fit. The glazing is all over the window. Go ahead and order double hung flanges on your picture window - you still get the same frame for sliders so you have this channel that collects dirt. We have called Jeld-Wen about these problems and they say there is nothing they can do, "the screens just don't fit" and "it's our manufacturer".

The customer service staff inside the store are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever witnessed. They are not there to help or be helpful. The level of foolishness- from yelling at each other, laughing and "horsing around" while I stood there waiting to be helped was awful. When they finally do acknowledge you, their demeanor is rude- as if how dare you bother me here at work. This happened on three separate visits to the store- not an isolated incident.

This location sucks. Order two items online for curbside pickup. Went to pick up my items and no one ever brought items out. Had to call store. Finally they came out with only 1 item. When I asked where my second item was she said they canceled it because they didn't have it. I went back to the website and it is still showing 39 items in stock. They are so lazy and don't know how to locate items. Beyond ridiculous and disappointing. Do better.
