If I could give zero stars, or negative stars I would. Rather, I would give 10 poop emojis for this business. I'm attaching texts from this sorry encounter that still remains unresolved bc he won't answer me. Keep in mind my property management forces me to use this joke. I have dealt with him numerous times and he is very unprofessional, slovenly, and never on time / prepared with the tools he needs to do his job (Caleb, looking at you, kid). I will troll you on every outlet at every opportunity, and, at some point, you still have to come fix my tub /toilet, and I'm going to stand over your shoulder the whole time.I may have to wait another week to get satisfaction on my end, but these reviews are here forever: Google Business (found 5!), Yelp! (Here ya go), NextDoor (One personal post to my neighbors, and 2 recommendations on your home pages there to steer clear of you), and anything else I can find. Funny, I found Google & Yelp! reviewers with the exact same problem with this guy. Unprofessional and does not keep appointments. He does not respect you or your time.

We called Frazier for a toilet wax ring repair. They came within a day. They were a little early, which was great. Had it fixed in no time. It was a fair and reasonable rate. They even installed something extra at no additional cost. I would use them again, very satisfied with the whole experience. 5 stars!

We had a leak under our sink and needed two faucets replaced. Caleb did an excellent job with the repair and installation at a reasonable price. Will contact him again for our future plumbing needs.
