Mercedes is very thorough and thoughtful in her work. I felt very comfortable during my service. She worked to complete the service quickly and efficiently. I could tell I was in expert hands. She has a warm welcoming personality she educated me about products and aftercare.. I was sure to schedule my next appointment before I left.
I look forward to coming here. I love my esthetician Morgan. I never see anyone outside of her! She is a true gem, has a great personality, and does a wonderful job, efficiently and effectively. I have never left with a complaint, and on a scale of 1-10, I’d for sure give her a 10. Highly recommend.
I always return to the Cumberland location as it is convenient to my home and the wax used by this facility makes the experience less painful. I work primarily with Morgan who is professional, on time, but most importantly is extremely conscientious when it comes to making sure the suite and the entire experience is clean and sanitary. I highly recommend.
