I give my experience 6 stars from the time I walked in the front door. The front desk check in clerk was so welcoming and friendly. I went upstairs to L5 to xrays the xray tech was so nice, gentle and friendly. The MA that check me in was so nice, high energy, and friendly. Dr. Michael is my doctor who has such great beside manners, very thorough, friendly, very informative about my illness, and asked me did I have questions. I loved how he shock my hand. He made me feel comfortable about my surgery. His staff keeps me updated on insurance info, preparation for surgery and afterwards. After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit nervous going to this clinic. It was an amazing experience. The system functioned seamlessly and my wait time between check to x-ray to seeing Caroline Bellin was minimal. She was fantastic and I was very pleased with everything would highly recommend this clinic.
I am grateful for and appreciate the positive health promoting experience with Dr. Michael, his office and staff. I enthusiastically recommend the services of this efficient and caring team.
