Unexpected doctors bill, no filing on insurance profile, took over two months to send bill. Another $1300 plus. Already paid facility bill, seven doctors bills, two anesthesia bills, and operation room bill. This is a new one. Twelve bills , one hospital visit? Total paid out of pocket over $5300 and they want more. So far they billed my insurance company over $25000 for an issue that should cost insurance about $10000 at most.Healthcare is such a ripoff in America. My largest expense for 2023 is hospital bills and that is with insurance. Wish I made $25000 in less than a day verses a year. No rules.

Incompetent customer service. I also had to ask for an itemized bill 3 times before the lady said she will send it to me. And they refused to provide information electronically so now I have to wait 10 days to get it by mail. Whatever this company is supposed to be doing, it seems to be set up as a scam

I was in St Joseph Emory hospital in January 2019. One month later I received a bill from them. They had filed with Medicare but had not filed with my Medicare Supplemental.. I had given all this info to the hospital....so why didn't they have the information!!!!
