Went to Dulz Salon and had the worst experience. The owner was super kind yet extremely unknowledgeable on natural hair. I went in for a wash, condition and press. When she roughly tried to blow dry my hair I knew then she was not a professional in the natural hair care industry. I left worse than I came. After paying full price for the horrible results, I left disappointed with matted hair full ok knots. I couldn't get my fingers through my hair. She told me it was because my hair was 'not trained'. I was the only client on a Friday, go figure. Don't go. My hair was severely damaged her

Ms. Hope is an experienced hairstylist. She can distinguish when you've put too much strain or heat on your hair and she will educate you on ways to keep it healthy. I have gone to Mrs. Hope for years and she always gets your hair right. I recommend anyone serious about getting their hair healthy and shiny to visit Ms. Hope.

The salon was advertised on Groupon and once I called to set up an appointment I was told that they will not be honoring my purchase and that I would be better off finding another place to be serviced, because they are a pretty established business and only take group ones once a month. The Groupon being honored was a month was not written in the terms or conditions when making the purchase.The tone was condescending because I made a purchase via Groupon.
