As a landlord, getting a vacated property cleaned quickly and thoroughly is one of the keys to running a property rental business successfully. I have been through 4 or 5 cleaning companies in as many years, and none have been particularly good. This time, I had a tenant vacate leaving the carpets smelling like pet deodorizer, with grease and gum stains, and the vinyl flooring slick and sticky all over with grease, gum, and whatever cleaner they tried to use on their way out. Highest level of professional is Down South Cleaners. Amazing attention to details. Our carpet was in very bad condition covered in stains etc. After cleaning I thought they just changed our carpet for new one! Can’t find words to describe excellent service that was. Great service of cleaning. I will highly recommend to anyone for Down South Cleaners.
