“Well, I have been going to Hendersonmill dental office for over 3 years. I was very pleased with their services, the friendly environment and the professional staff. Dr. Upton is the greatest in making sure his patients are satisfied with his work. However, between them and the dental lab they use, my partial teeth was lost. Now I am in the process of this same lab making another new partial. I don't trust the lab because I feel the liability lies with them. When I spoke to the lab, they were very non-concerning and did not claim responsibility.
