A thousand percent 5 stars! I've moved to Atlanta 2 yrs ago from New York and I was so nervous about the transition for my kids ( 5 and 8yrs old) since they had known their previous dentist their whole life. And as soon as we came we were greeted with such hospitality. The waiting area plays kids movies while you wait and offer toys for children when they finish the appointment. My kids don't whine anymore when I mention the dentist ( WHAT A RELIEF). All of their procedures were effective and never 1 complication. Thanks again to the staff especially Mildred ,Makia, and Dr.Phillips. You guys are in the right field!
Brooke and I have always had a good experience at this location ! The waiting room is clean and the receptionist is always friendly and informative. I am informed about every step of treatment. I was previously on a no call no show can’t make appointments list and the office manager made sure to take us off due to my communication about why we missed the appointments.We have been here for about 2 years now with no complaints on customer service, bedside manner, professional or cleanliness.
I’ve been bringing my baby girl here for about two years now and every time they give excellent service. Any questions I have they answer adequately. Will definitely recommend your child to go here.
