They like to charge you random made up charges, after stating they would not. Then when you pay your bill but refuse to pay their fee, they shut off your internet and make you file a complaint with the district attorney at your local consumer protection agency As well as the BBB. Moved to Nevada in May...Subscribed to Cox for 2 years (best we could do)... Since then...NOTHING but issues. Same story EVERY time: Error message...we call...they "perform some diagnostics"..."let me try something else..." And then: "We need to schedule a technician to come out..." Wasting our time!! Same story EVERY TIME. They replace the box...it works...and then it happens again. I could work there...I know your "process". 5 months...Multiple issues. Come on, Seriously?!? I will review Cox weekly with pretty much this same review.

Gotta love the "Cox kind" motto here and the air of comfort in the building. Gracious leaders, friendly staff, and a mountain of employees amenities that entice WFH to come in at least a few days per week.
