While price and location are great, once the house was built, I’ve spent more time doing maintenance than I have enjoying the home. I’ve been here less than a year and have over 15 maintenance requests, including a roof that leaked when it rained, directly over my master bedroom, soaking my bed. The walls are thin in the townhome, allowing me to hear my neighbor while they’re sleeping, and there are items from the closing punch list that still have not been addressed, nine months later. Plus, the lack of/speed of communication is not great. I just wished they would do right by the homeowners.
