We are very pleased with the outcome of this project. The proposal by Alex was very thorough and detailed. Jerome, the project supervisor was very responsive, professional and delightful to work with. The members of the crew were proficient and skilled in both painting and repairs. We were contacted several times by the owner) manager to ensure that the job was going to our liking. We highly recommend this company.
The salesperson, Alexander, was easy to work with. He adapted to my changing the plans a few times before settling on a final plan for replacing rotted wood, updating wood stain, changing foundation and door color, repairing siding where deck had been removed, and painting the rest of the house so everything was "new" at the same time.
The crew were diligent, respectful of property, and quiet! Their supervisor, Margarita, was wonderful! She set the expectations with a thorough walk-through before the work began.
