Both my husband and I LOVE CEI/Legends! They are A1 in our book! Great service! The owner, staff & students all work with EXCELLENCE! We both have been here several times on different days and the outcome is consistently excellent. In fact, I am considering enrolling in the esthetician classes in the fall of 2022!

Second time there and worst time!I went in asked the stylist student for a simple bowl cut. He cut me up so high its a fade instead, how does that work? LMAO! One is medium short length the other is a Lil bit longer than a Caesar! Yet I'm just a customer, so what do i know?The TEACHER'/OWNER Interrupted the student and messed my hair and the requested cut all up. He never seen the pic i showed the stylist, so he never knew what i wanted.$5.00 down the drain for nothing like what i asked for! YayyyyyNext time and i told the receptionist this this i only want one person cutting my hair. Unless they all know what i want.

For this to be a black owned establishment they don't have students that can do locs. We are in Atlanta and locs, extension locs should be at the top with sew ins. They have maybe 2 students that can do them but I haven't been able to catch them in the Saturdays I go. The barber side definitely need improvement. Everytime my husband go get his hair cut the instructor have to cut it because no one knows how to cut. I do understand that this is a school and it's a learning process for us all but usually when you start attending a beauty school is the enhance your skills and add more, these people seems to just say I want to go to a school and but not learning what the instructors teach. I JUST NEED ONE GOOD LOCTICIAN.
