I LOVE Carter and Tracy! I’ve been going to Carter for over a year after switching from a 12-year hairstylist. My color is always perfect, best haircuts and blowouts for me and my kids! Great conversations! Carter takes so much care to make sure you get exactly what you want while making professional recommendations and executing perfectly. I was in search of a new hair stylist after mine went off the grid. My friend recommended Carter. She had mentioned he’s a color genius (whereas i just needed a cut), but i felt certain if her was amazing at color, he could handle a cut.
