They take great care of them and are very understanding and communicative about their needs. It is possible to make an appointment or request meds through the app or by texting. A callback from a vet can be received instead of coming in for an appointment when there is a minor issue.
The staff is very friendly, the facility is very clean, and each appointment is very speedy! I've never been to such an efficient vet. I have been three times recently, and each time, I've been in and out within 30 minutes without a wait. This place is great!
Our miniature schnauzer has been a patient here for around 8 years. We have been so happy with her veterinary care. Dr. Horner is amazing. We used to live two hours away and would bring her into town just to see Dr. Horner. Our pup will never go anywhere else. The team here is amazing. They truly care about their patients. We have full trust in Brookhaven Animal Hospital and our 13 1/2 year old pup is very healthy for her age due to her great care here!
Our dog has been a patient at Brookhaven Animal Hospital for over 6 years and we could not be happier with the care she has received. The staff are extremely caring and patient centered. All the vets in this practice are wonderful, but we have a special affinity towards Dr. Dillard, as she has performed a couple of surgeries on our dog and always offers the most kind and considerate care. Highly highly recommend!!
