I moved to the area a year ago and a friend of ours recommended this place! They have been so friendly, accommodating, and available for all my dog needs. We were able to get them boarded on short notice and our cavapoo gets her hair groomed here. I wanted them to cut it down shorter and they redid it no problem! I highly recommend this place. The entire staff is great!
Haircut is fine outside of the occasional mishap like forgetting to clean the ears even though it was included in full groom. I've mostly been satisfied with the results and have been bringing my yorkie here since we moved to the area 5 years ago. I will say they have been consistently increasing their prices though. Within the span of less than a year, they've had 2 price increases... up by $10 without communication. No advanced notice, nothing. You end up finding out when you pay. The full grooms are now $65 for a small dog. Mine is under 10lbs, for reference. Never tried their grooming services, reluctant to try after reading some of the reviews.
We're thrilled with Jay's grooming skills! He worked wonders on our fur baby, Louie, especially maintaining his beard. Finding a reliable grooming spot for our mini schnauzer in South Atlanta was challenging, but Best in Show exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be returning!
