Noelle never disappoints when it comes to brow lamination! She’s super sweet and very precise - she totally transformed my brows and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do them now. I recommend her 100000%!!!
Omg NOELLE is the BROW QUEEN!! She totally transformed my brows!! I had no idea i could get the look I’ve always wanted !! She took the time to teach me how to fill and style them and rebooked my next appointment for me so I can maintain these beautiful brows!!
