I had a tooth ache, Beautiful Smiles in Dalton GA was able to get me in the same day. WOW I was not impressed at all. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment I was finally called back. X-Rays taken, expected. Examination done, expected. Then Dentist came in and started poking around. I came out of my seat when she probed the tooth with the issue. Next thing I know they are talking about crowns on 97% of my mouth, with a couple of bridges and partials. Then the care consultant came in and started talking about 3 different plans, all I wanted was the issue taken care of. With my insurance they still wanted $964 for a root canal with a crown. DO NOT under any circumstances use Beautiful Smiles in Dalton GA. You'll end up taking out a mortgage on your house.

Very rude and unprofessional staff with attitude like they really hate their jobs. I can’t explain the magnitude of rudeness and disrespect to customer over the phone. And this is all the time you call them on phone, not once, not twice. This people are terrible!! Plssss DONT GO THERE.

My daughter appointment was at 9:10am. I showed up at 8:50am. I signed paperwork and made the payment for my daughter to get her braces. I was told to process takes no more than an hour. I was ok with that, but after sitting in the waiting room for an hour and other patients were being called but her. I went to the counter to ask how much longer then I was told I’m waiting to watch a video. I had to step outside a second because it irritated me to hear that after waiting and hour. I went back to the counter and said I had to work how long will we be waiting. The lady at the counter then asked if she been to the back yet and I stated no.
