Maria, made a guest presentation in my Introductory Health Sciences course and she was terrific! Her knowledge of health/wellness is only exceeded by her enthusiasm and passion for the subject matter.She is a great motivational speaker who knows how to engage her audience in a highly interactive manner. Not only is Maria a great presenter, it is clear that she can apply this skills in a one-on-one coaching situation.I would highly recommend Maria for any health-related speaking opportunities or health coaching!

I am a 28 year old male who stumbled upon Maria when looking for a health couch. This stumble has been life changing for me. Not only have a I lost 30+ pounds and have sustained that for over a year but her balanced approached has had positive effects in all aspects of my life.
