Bottom line: do not try to book an appointment if you are not already an established customer. His online appointment system has a problem; it will "accept" appointments from new clients, even though he is not accepting new clients. I tried to book an appointment using his online appointment system. I did not notice a warning posted on the website stating that he is not accepting new clients. Oops, my mistake (yes, I admit that I often skip the fine print on such websites). Here's how it worked out. When I booked the appointment, I got an email saying my appointment had been "accepted."
