I’ve hired Atlanta Yoga Instructors twice-both times we had the luck of getting Jesse! She was an entire vibe! Yoga kinda scares me but she was laid back, gave great instructions and was comfortable around my German Shepherd! I am not one who likes to be touched-the fact that she asks PRIOR to touching-has her in my speed dial. It was such a great class that my friends immediately wanted to schedule another. We are trying to do it monthly! Well done AYI.
Angela has brought yoga to our virtual workplace team and it's been awesome! She does a great job with modifications and adjustments for all skill levels. It's been a unique way to build engagement with the team, while promoting health and wellness in the office. Highly recommend!
Jesse is one of Angela’s yoga instructors and she is great! I have a left hip injury and Jesse has been wonderful adjusting poses and adapting stretches and movements to challenge me within my limitations. I would strongly recommend private one-on-one sessions if you have specific needs. Jesse is also fun and encouraging!
