The ER visit itself wasn't great, but I know what ERs are like. I did take pictures of the blood on the walls, and I did note that it took 93 minutes for me to talk to a human, but again it was an ER during COVID. Eventually I was seen and checked out and dismissed.The thing is, the radiologist who did my scans that night *also* noticed the advanced-stage cancer spreading through my neck, and made a note that someone should tell me about it. And... nobody did.In the months since, Wellstar/AMC have ignored me and my attempts to reach out through every single path open to me. I heard from them only once, five months after the ER visit, when an unsigned form letter... read full review

I recently brought my elderly grandmother here for a sleep study. Unknowing of how a sleep study typically operates we arrived 30 minutes early with completed paperwork. No one was present. There were no signs to state if they were closed or when they would open. With an appointment at 8:30 pm, my grandmother grew anxious each minute that when past 8pm. A doctor walked past us around 8:15, however we were not let back into the facility until 825. A rude nurse greeted us and asked to wait another 10 minutes in a different lobby. After being taking back to the room in which the study would be held, we were asked to complete more paperwork and for the packet of paperwork... read full review
