I had an appointment at 2:30 and waited 1 hour while the hairdresser took other appointments. It is really unprofessional and offensive. I had a 4 pm presentation and for some reason, this salon doesn't value the time of their clients vs their desire to just book appointments they can't handle. Value customers time more than you value a dollar. I hope this business gets the reviews they deserve along with the future they deserve. Zero stars if possible, and a new business at that location !
I found this place via yelp as it was close to my hotel area and when I called the girl was super nice and welcoming me to come in! It was a quick 7 min walk from the hotel and the guy was even early. We just did a curl and we pinned it up and it looked amazing all night. He even let me take the pins which was so nice but bringing back when I visit in January. I'll definitely be back once I'm back in town. Also the studio is super cute!
