If you're into having an amazing lash tech Phoebe is the best! My lashes always look amazing and has kept the retention better than anywhere else I've gone. I've worn lashes before but my eyes would burn every time they were put on and nobody else offered a solution to keep them from burning so I thought I had to stop wearing them forever until I went to Phoebe for my last attempt. She knew a way to keep my eyes from burning and I am so happy for it! She is very knowledgeable and is continually studying her craft to give the best service to her clients. I get compliments constantly and every appointment that I've ever had has been nothing but pleasant and relaxing. I drive an hour to see her and always leave so happy! It's so worth it!
