front and back staff were very helpful & well informed. my only issue is it seems the office is not being cleaned properly. there was dried blood on the exam room floor. the facility overall did not appear clean. this is not a diss at the staff but management of the office should do a better job and keeping up.
I was in AFC urgent care yesterday and there was a gentleman with his wife named AJ Reyes, I believe, and he was so rude and unbecoming. His wife looked frightened. But the staff and particularly the front desk worker (I think she had a nose piercing) was so patient and accommodating even to someone as belligerent, and small minded as Mr. AJ. After seeing how mindful they were with such a rude person, I knew I was in good hands!
I had to have a quick X-ray here after a fall, and was exceptionally pleased with the staff and doctor! They were fast and efficient, very important to me when I have pain, and took great care of me from beginning to end. Five stars all the way, and wish I could give more!
