We've been using this service for about 5 months now and it's been invaluable to me as far as time and sanity saves not having to sort and fold clothes. After going back to work from maternity leave, clothes were always piled up in the laundry room after washing /drying for a family of four and we grew tired of that. The clothes smell good when they come back and expertly folded. Customer service has always answered our questions although I wish they communicated better with like what the schedule is for minor holidays and let you know up front what the detergent options are versus us having to ask about it.

I love, love the 2 old bags. My clothes are fabulous. I look marvelous! They pickup and deliver as promised. Their customer service is A+! I don't have time to drop off and pick up my own laundry. T 2 Old Bags service contribute to my good quality of life

I tried this service once and was very pleased! They come and pick up your items (the guy was friendly) at no additional charge and delivered them a couple days later. The woman I talked to over the phone was professional, but had a small business feel which I really appreciated--she seems to care about customer service.
