On the chilliest day of the season in Athens, Maxwell and Ryan from the plumber team showed up exactly on time. Our building is quite old, but they managed to install everything smoothly to ensure future maintenance will be a breeze. They were courteous and provided clear explanations. Interestingly, they overlooked relighting the water heater, but I was able to fix that with ease. I discovered this while washing dishes, thankfully not while attempting to shower.

maxwell did a fantastic job removing tree roots from our plumbing system after we spotted a bit of a backup problem. he was very clear about what he was doing and was extremely thorough, despite the pipe being situated in a tricky spot. following his work, maxwell provided us with some advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. i would definitely vouch for tommy & sons plumbing in athens!
