Gorgeous studio, down-to-earth, friendly, knowledgeable teachers/staff, great lil herbal shop... what a treat. Was just in Athens for a day, but this made the trip really special. Gota's 9am is a great way to start the day!

I've been here once for yoga and a few times for the herbal shop. The healing arts center is wonderful and has a peaceful feeling to it. I really enjoyed the mindful vinyasa yoga with Cathy and the owner Meghan is really wonderful. Looking forward to taking one of her classes.

What a wonderful place. They offer a great variety of yoga classes and NIA. In the same building there is also an herb shop, acupuncture etc... Best Yoga in Athens. Meghan is a real deal Yogini.
