We had a water leak that ruined some Sheetrock and carpet. Restoration Specialist came quickly and did an excellent job. They returned phone calls and answered question in a timely manner and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
From the moment Mr. Hernamdez and his crew arrived, they assured me that they would do all that they could to correct the damage done by the water leak. They worked with me and keep me informed every step of the way. They also worked with my insurance company to make sure that all the work and testing for mold was done properly. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone who may have to deal with this type of damage to their home.
I had a major flood in my basement after being out of town. Albert's team was at my doorstep with a plan the next morning. They helped navigate through the mold remediation and insurance process.
