Palm Beach Tan

I’m assuming under new management but this salon has dropped in quality and customer service so much in the past couple of months. Katlyn is about the only one that I have encountered that actually seems like she cares and almost always has a smile.
The restrooms are never cleaned. The employees seem like they hate their job.
The issues seem more like a management issue. Hopefully they make some changes.

I love going here its very clean the prices for a basic membership is 29 dollars monthly for levels 1 and 2 and I wanna say 89 dollars for everything monthly that includes spray tan and levels 1 2 3 4 and 5 the staff is very friendly and great nicely when you come in they also have promotions through the week like discounts on lotions or 15 dollar spray tans and 2 dollar upgrades

I have been tanning at Palm Beach Tan for over 10 years now and will never tan anywhere else. I love the beds, the products, and the customer service! Rachel, the store manager, is absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable, and the entire staff is always so sweet and super friendly! The prices are more than fair, considering the gorgeous color I get from just one session. I have the platinum membership and will gladly continue paying the monthly price to have it. Cheap memberships at gyms and other salons have never given me the color I wanted.
